this to better reflect investor demand and maximize bond distribution for the underwriting team, creating a more efficient

Our goals for developing this Site are to:

Provide individual investors with access to New Issue Bonds at the same low cost as the largest institutions.
Access new issue upcoming bond sale information quickly and easily – any time, anywhere – on the internet with the highest
level of security.
Serve as centralized site for other public financial and municipal bond information (i.e., news and current tax-exempt interest
rates) in order to assist investors in making better informed investment decisions.

In order to achieve these goals, we have designed an interactive U.S. map to provide fixed income investors with a searchable
Negotiated Calendar of upcoming bond sales. This information can be sorted by State, issuer and purpose depending on each
investors customized investment criteria. If any of these Issuers are of interest to you, you can sign up and establish
your own MyeBonds™ account to receive Alerts to monitor future changes and/or additions to the available information.
You can also save Bond Issues until the Bond order period is terminated.
Also, we have added a scrolling MuniNews™ ticker and National AAA municipal tax-exempt interest rates on the home page for
review. Just click on the headline to read the story. Also to assist with comparing tax-exempt yields with other taxable
